As a holder of the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Certificate in Civil Law, I have expertise to the field of medico-legal consultation. I am actively involved in civil litigation, both in defence and claimant capacities, and have given evidence in family and coroner's court.
My portfolio is balanced, with a distribution of services encompassing 60% claimant reports, 30% for defendents, and 10% under joint instructions. Annually, I prepare and deliver approximately 30 medico-legal reports.
